Grapefruit - Citrus, floral and fruity scent / provides uplifting environment / brings deep inner listening / encourages a positive relationship with your body and physical needs
Himalayan Cedarwood - woody forest air scent / helps to release tension caused by stress, overwhelm and anxiety / inspires feeling of belonging and joy in relationships
Peppermint - reviving, cooling, uplifting for mental fatigue, improves memory & aids concentration
Blended with distilled water

Shake well, spray the atmosphere around you and inhale deeply for an instantly uplifting and invigorating effect. Enjoy a few moments of stillness as you allow the scent to settle.
Shake well and pour into an oil burner to prolong the scent in your space.
